At Memo, we want you to love your beauty routine, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all products that didn't meet your expectations. Items must be in their original packaging and gently used or unopened to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original Memo box and include the printed return slip to ensure your refund is processed accurately.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
